I have to apologise. I haven’t really been doing much with this site over the years. My businesses take up a lot of my time, but I’ve managed to ‘park’ one of them for a while so I’m not quite so busy.
Yes I know, I could use that time to relax, get fit, travel…..
But that’s not really me.
I already have 2 YouTube Channels that I started this year, and they’ve been a lot of fun. They’re related to a couple of my businesses.
Supply Chain Secrets provides weekly tips on…….Supply Chain and Logistics. Logistics and Supply Chain Consulting is my main business, hence the interest: https://www.youtube.com/user/robobyrne/
Then ‘Virtual Done Well‘ is all about small business owners and how to best use the support of Virtual Assistants. I run this Social Enterprise in the Philippines, hence my interest in promoting their services: https://www.youtube.com/user/VirtualDoneWell/
So, that got me thinking.
Why not start a 3rd YouTube Channel for those starting out in consulting and starting their own consulting business.
What sort of topics would you find most valuable?
Like this blog, I don’t want to cover the technical aspects of specific consultants. I consult in Supply Chain and Logistics and you might be a Consultant in Construction for example.
No, I’d rather share some tips on running a consulting ‘business’ that will be relevant regardless of your area of expertise.
So maybe topics like: Sales, Marketing, Business Structure, Project Management, Project Costing, Dealing with Difficult Clients…..
